Timothy P. Bliss is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC specializing in real estate, corporate law and finance.  Mr. Bliss represents clients in all types of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, land development, leasing, foreclosures and mortgage loan workouts.  Mr. Bliss also represents clients in general corporate matters.  

Mr. Bliss is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He is also a member of the Business Law and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Bliss is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Michigan Law School where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national academic honor society. Mr. Bliss earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Michigan.
