David J. Den Dooven is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC and practices in the areas of estate planning, taxation and business law. Mr. Den Dooven has extensive experience in pass-through entity tax issues, particularly in the area of real estate, as well as advising clients on various probate and estate planning matters. Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Den Dooven was a senior tax consultant with an international accounting firm.

 

Mr. Den Dooven is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Taxation, Probate and Estate Planning and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
