P. Warren Hunt is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Hunt practices in various areas of bankruptcy and litigation. His bankruptcy experience practice focuses on creditor’s rights, exception to discharge litigation, and defending preference and avoidance actions.  Before attending law school, Mr. Hunt worked as an engineer in the automotive and chemical processing industries.  He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mr. Hunt is a graduate, cum laude, of the Wayne State University Law School, where he participated in the Moot Court program and received the Bronze Key Certificate for academic performance. While in law school, Mr. Hunt interned at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, for the Honorable Lawrence P. Zatkoff, Chief Judge, and the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen, District Judge. Mr. Hunt earned his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
