Meghan Kennedy Riordan is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC and leads the firm’s Immigration and Nationality Law Practice Group.  Ms. Riordan has extensive experience in both employment-based and family related immigration law as well as inadmissibility and removability issues, and naturalization/citizenship.  Her experience includes inbound/ outbound Corporate migration, immigration related audits and I-9 compliance.  Ms. Riordan is the author of several published immigration law articles and frequently lectures on immigration and nationality law.

Ms. Riordan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and has served as Treasurer and Vice Chairperson of the Association’s Michigan Chapter and currently serves on the Committee Liaison to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  She is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Women Lawyer’s Association of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association, the Incorporated Society of Irish/American Lawyers and the Catholic Lawyers Association.  Ms. Riordan also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Women Lawyers Association Foundation (WLAMF) of Michigan.  She is also a member of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the State Bar of Michigan. In addition, Ms. Riordan is currently listed in the "Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine" as one of "Michigan's Super Lawyers" in the field of Immigration Law. 

Ms. Riordan is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in History from Canisius College.
