Kate McCarroll

Kate McCarroll is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC, practicing in the area of immigration and nationality law.  Ms. McCarroll has extensive experience in employment-related immigration law, including inbound and outbound immigration; I-9 compliance training; and assisting corporations with Department of Labor / Department of Homeland Security audits.  She has also handled immigration matters involving asylum proceedings, criminal issues, and family immigration.
 
Ms. McCarroll graduated, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  While in law school, she was a Title Editor and published author for the University’s Law Review and received numerous awards for her academic performance.  Ms. McCarroll graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor Degree in Communications Studies.  Ms. McCarroll is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the State Bar of Michigan, and the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers (ISIAL).  She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy.
