Miroslava Orduño Rincón

Miroslava Orduño Rincón is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC, practicing in the area of immigration and nationality law. Ms. Orduño Rincón has extensive experience with U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant petitions for large international corporate clients in the Automotive OEM and Aerospace industries. Her expertise also includes the processing of outbound visitor and work visas, family-based petitions and naturalization. Ms. Orduño Rincón is also a part of the firm's China – U.S. Business Practice Group.

Ms. Orduño Rincón graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she received various academic performance awards. Before attending law school, and while pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Orduño Rincón was employed on a full-time basis as an Immigration Paralegal, a position in which she has a total of 11 years of experience. Ms. Orduño Rincón holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors in International Studies and French from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Ms. Orduño Rincón is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan. She is a native Spanish speaker and has extensive working knowledge of the French Language.
