Michael “Max” Sneyd is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Sneyd specializes in commercial litigation and has a broad range of experience in construction, business torts, intellectual property litigation, supplier disputes and appeals. He is also experienced in handling a variety of residential mortgage loan issues for financial institutions. Mr. Sneyd has litigated all phases of civil business litigation, including matters in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as achieving positive results through alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his experience in commercial litigation, Mr. Sneyd has assisted clients in negotiating technology licenses and other intellectual property agreements. Mr. Sneyd also has extensive experience prosecuting trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
 
Mr. Sneyd is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the State Bar of Michigan’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Sections.
 
Mr. Sneyd is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School where he participated in Moot Court. Mr. Sneyd is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
