Davidde A. Stella is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC, focusing his practice on general litigation. Mr. Stella has participated in numerous federal and state matters, including several federal appeals.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Stella spent two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul D. Borman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. 

Mr. Stella is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association. Mr. Stella is also admitted to practice before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. 

Mr. Stella received his law degree from the Wayne State University Law School.  Mr. Stella holds a maitrise d'histoire (Masters in history degree) from the Universite de Strasbourg in France, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Mr. Stella is fluent in French.
