Jason C. Yert is a Member of Kerr Russell and Weber, PLC.    Mr. Yert has a diverse commercial litigation practice, and has expertise in construction and surety law, traditional business disputes, automotive supplier cases at every tier, real estate oriented litigation, and creditor rights enforcement.  He has represented various local and global businesses, including financial institutions, construction/engineering/architectural firms, automotive suppliers, and start-up entities.    

Mr. Yert is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Ohio and Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan   Mr. Yert earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University.
