Daniel G. Beyer is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Beyer’s
practice includes litigation and trial work in a number of areas including
medical malpractice, insurance coverage, real estate matters, commercial litigation, consumer litigation, negligence
and motor vehicle liability. Mr. Beyer has tried approximately 50 cases in
the Circuit and Federal Courts in Michigan. He has appeared before the
Michigan Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and the Michigan Supreme Court. He
is also a Certified Mediator and represents physicians and other health care
providers in licensing and regulatory matters.
Mr. Beyer is licensed in Michigan and Ohio, is a member of the American
Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Ohio State Bar Association, Oakland
County Bar Association, Association of Defense Trial Counsel and Michigan
Defense Trial Counsel. He has authored articles in and given presentations
on health care issues, property taxation and other civil litigation matters.
He is listed in “Who’s Who in American Law.”
Mr. Beyer is a 1976 graduate, cum laude, of Albion College and a
1979 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law.
