Kevin T. Block is a Member with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Block
specializes in business law, business transactions, real estate and
secured financing. Mr. Block is involved in business and real
estate transactions, including stock purchases and sales, asset
purchases and sales, private securities offerings, and real estate
purchases and sales. Mr. Block also represents both commercial
lenders and borrowers in credit transactions.
Mr. Block is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of
the Business Law Section and the Real Property Section of the Michigan
State Bar. Mr. Block co-authored the article “Recent Amendments
to the Michigan Mold Lien Act”, which appeared in the Summer 2002
Issue of The Michigan Business Law Journal.
Mr. Block is a 1999 graduate, cum laude, of Wayne State
University Law School where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a
national academic honor society. Mr. Block is a 1994 graduate of
Central Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor of Science
degree, cum laude, in Business Administration with a major in Finance. |
