David J. Den Dooven is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC and
specializes in the areas of taxation and business law. Mr. Den Dooven has
extensive experience in pass-through entity tax issues, particularly in the
area of real estate. Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Den Dooven was a
senior tax consultant with an international accounting firm.
Mr. Den Dooven is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Taxation,
Probate and Estate Planning, and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of
Michigan.
Mr. Den Dooven is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School. Mr.
Den Dooven received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Accounting
from Wayne State University as well.
