Brian L. Nemes is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Nemes
specializes in the areas of federal and international taxation, estate
planning and business law. Mr. Nemes has extensive experience in advising US
companies on the tax consequences of domestic and international
transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financing activities.
Before joining the law firm, Mr. Nemes was a tax attorney for a Fortune 500
technology company with worldwide operations. Mr. Nemes is a member of the
State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Nemes obtained his law degree from the Michigan State University College
of Law in 2003 and a Masters degree in Taxation from the Georgetown
University Law Center in 2004. Mr. Nemes is a 2000 graduate of Michigan
State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
