Jason C. Yert is an Associate with Kerr Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Yert's
practice involves a wide range of commercial litigation matters in both
state and federal court. He has also been involved in a variety of complex
securities and products liability class action matters.
Mr. Yert is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Ohio and Massachusetts and
before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Michigan.
Mr. Yert earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University in 1999
and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2002.
