Antitrust and Trade Regulation

With more than a half century of involvement in antitrust and trade regulation, Kerr, Russell and Weber offers considerable depth of expertise in this area.

Over the years, KRW has offered counsel, business planning and litigation services to a diverse array of clients facing private or governmental claims.

KRW's trial experience includes all aspects of civil and criminal antitrust litigation, Federal Trade Commission enforcement actions and criminal antitrust matters. We routinely represent clients in federal and state grand jury investigations and Federal Trade Commission investigations. We have counseled and advised many clients dealing with the myriad adversarial claims made possible by government regulation and private enforcement.
